When it comes to payments, we try to be as accommodating as possible.
You can pay by cash or card on location, or by bank transfer,
checks and cashiers checks are accepted only 2 weeks in advance.
We also accept credit card and paypal payments.
All rental charges must be paid 30 days in advance or on the day you come to pick up RV
Reservation Deposit:
20% of the total rental price ($250.00 minimum), which is applied toward the rental balance.
The deposit will not be refunded, but the booking can be changed or cancelled.
A $45.00 administrative and processing fee applies to all cancellations.
Full payment is due upon return of the signed initialed contract ,and is overdue within 30 days of departure.
Reservations made within 30 days require immediate payment.
We do require that you leave your credit card details as a guarantee.
This will be charged, without further notice, the full amount due prior to pick up date, unless you notify us that you wish to pay by US$ Bankers Draft instead.
Cancellation up to 46 days prior to rental date: 20% of rental price or at least US$ 250.00 will not be refunded
Cancellation 31 to 45 days prior to rental date: 50% of rental price will not be refunded ($250.00 minimum)
If you cancel within 30 days of the scheduled pick-up date, do not show up, or are unable to complete the transaction at the pick-up or delivery, NO REFUND will be given
Bookings may be changed once free of charge. US$ 50.00 per change thereafter.
A damage deposit is required at the time of departure, the amount varies according to rental type.
Upon vehicle return any extra charges (such as extra per mile charges, damage, cleaning) will be balanced against the deposit, and the remainder will be refunded.
All rental payments must be paid in full before departure
If payments are not received when due, camperrentalsusa.llc reserves the right to cancel reservation without notice
Payments in Us Dollars
Local Taxes are due and payable in addition to the rental price
Taxes may change during the year without prior notice
